services:
1. Prices include GST
2. Prices for carpet cleaning are for Dry or Steam
Cleaning.
3. Lounge / Dining room is considered as 2 rooms.
4. An average size room is calculated at 13m2
5. A hallway is charged as a room. A small hallway
is charged as half a room.
6. Our minimum charge is $85.00.
7. Our minimum m2 charge for tile cleaning is 20m2.
Disclaimer:
All prices are quoted on the basis that either
rooms are empty or no furniture is to be moved.
Moving furniture will incur additional fee of $5 per
room.
All rooms must be pre-vacuumed before technician
arrives otherwise a $10 charge will be added to invoice
for vacuuming.
If access requires the carrying of equipment up
more than 2 flights of stairs, an additional $10 fee
will apply.
All carpets are cleaned by Australian Standard
AS3775 1995.
Normal spot and stain removal is included in our
cleaning price and process. If at completion
of work there are stains that cannot be removed,
then the technician will discuss extra treatments
that may be applicable to removing these stains.
Please note that all technicians will endeavour
to remove the maximum amount of spotting or staining
during the cleaning process. Please ensure parking
is available for the technician, otherwise any
parking fees will be added to the invoice.
